Plush, velvety, hyper-sensual, & engaging... The wine is deep purple w/ a barely breaking rim. The nose is deep, w/ luscious black fruits & a sensual perfume. On the palate, rich, caressing, mouthfilling, & beautifully balanced. The structure is firm, yet energetic all at once. It is velvety yet upright, tense, & full of vibrancy. This is an extremely well made wine w/ a wonderful density to keep for 10-15 years for further evolution. The texture is velvety & ready but a latent energy announces yet more things to come. Perfect w/ our "asado" of bife di lomo this evening... One glass is not enough...
