Wow! Magnificent experience checking-in Rome Airport today!

What a world of differences since the last time I was here 3 years ago! Beautifully renovated terminals. Super efficient security check, excellent signage, areas dedicated to charge electronics, free-wifi in certain areas, & even a terminal specific customer service manager we can contact directly w/ any troubles.... Their moto: "Ask For More", gutsy & exciting!

You read it here first: I believe there is a subtle (& not enough talked about) systemic change happening right now in several parts of Italy that will take the world by surprise when it all comes together within 3-5 years time. Mark-my-words!
