We have to hand it to the French, especially the Champenois, they are masters at talking up the emotions of wine...

Here is not an invitation to dinner but to an "experience". But not just any experience, that of a "journey through the Plénitudes", which in French means something much greater than its English equivalent. In French, plénitude means "that which has reached its outmost degree of excellence & intensity, that which can not be perfected".

However, this momentous event is about more than that. It is about "the intriguing drama of the Power of Creation", which, according to Dom Perignon, is "a sixth sense, the instinct of a psychic, the inspiration of a visionary giving birth to unknown attractions".

In other words, this dinner will be for me an ethereal experience, a transcending & life changing event that will reveal other worlds that exist today only beyond my imagination...
