A Wonderfully vibrant wine, so fresh, so perfumed. Many think of Prosecco as a simple aperitif wine... NOT this one! Lively w/ a wonderful complexity of fresh white fruits and a delicate & creamy mousse & oh-so mineral on a long & vibrant finish...

A little treat last Friday to lick our wounds: Soldera Brunello di Montalcino Riserva '04... A real beauty this one...
Here is the magical combination of dried red fruits, baked & a little juicy with a diabolical perfume reminiscent of forest undergrowth, sandalwood, & exotic spices... sultry texture, beautifully caressing & inviting, hypnotizing & holding interest for as long as it is possible to keep it. a finish at once intense & fascinating, developping into a "queue de paon"... long & unforgettable...
absolutely deserving of its legendary reputation...
the quest for the mw is for me an excuse to come across such beauties... such wines make it all worth it... beautiful..
