delicate & vibrant w/ aromas of fresh apples & peaches. sutble white bread notes. bubbly creaminess & soft texture. lovely, lip smacking off-dry finish...

vibrant & intense nose w/ aromas of ripe apples & pears w/ notes of buttered brioches & a touch of buttersotch. beautifully creamy & velvety texture. dense. slightly toasty & dry finish...
Pas Operé 2007
vibrant nose w/ notes of ripe apples, ctirus fruits & toasts. hints of butterscotch. Creamy & a little austere. very dry & "mineral" finish...
