Nat & his wife Rosalie White were the 1st to plant a vineyard in the beautiful Australian region of Mornington Peninsula in 1975. Many people thought they were crazy to consider this very cool climate...
But they were passionate about cool climate style of Pinot Noir, especially those of Burgundy, that they set out to do it anyway...

great fun last night "grazing" various wine bars of melbourne orgarnised by james busby travel & sponsored by the victorian government... visited "movida next door", "coda", "chin chin", "cumulus", "bar lournia", "iszakaya", "von haus", "longrain", to end @ siglo/supper club - a late night to say the least... but great wines & fantastic way to learn about melbourne...

Other than being so pale in color, the most surprising aspect of this wine is how crisp and fresh it feels on the palate. It has this tension and intensity that is difficult to properly describe.
