There is something really special I think about reaching a vineyard site & discovering how really beautiful it is. It is almost like being in a dream..
Even better is meeting the owner of the property & feel his deep love for his land, his deep understanding of it, and his humility towards it. It is very humbling & always leaves me in a state of deep introspection for quite a few hours & sometimes days afterwards...
Potrebbe essere un paradosso.......ma forse anche no!!!!!!!. Assaggiando questo vino mi e' ritornato in mente un Koan-zen giapponese che recita all'incirca cosí "Piu' cerchi una cosa, piu' questa ti sfugge, ma non appena smetti di cercarla e' lei che cerca te".

Sorseggio e immediatamente la mia mente visualizza i quadri di Jackson Pollock. Da uno spazio nasce un'idea e poi giunge il caos che sulla tela diventa dipinto (Action painting). In effetti sono tanti i profumi e i sapori presenti da renderti inizialmente confuso; Lentamente i tuoi sensi si riprendono ed arrivano ad apprezzare quanto sia ricca e Iussureggiante la miscela finale.
